Final Project - Sign-Off Sheet
Initial the boxes in the first column as tasks are completed. Staple work under this
sheet as it is done. All work should have your name, email, and title of assigned
task in the top left corner.

Rough draft (sketch, if art) |

First revision: extensive cuts, adds, and rephrasing on
the draft and in the margins. Additional notes may be done on a separate sheet and
attached to the draft. Staple this to the bottom of this form. |

Second revision: extensive cuts, adds, and rephrasing on
the draft and in the margins. Additional notes may be done on a separate sheet and

Group Conference: Meet with at least three people as a group. For
each member, provide copies of your piece and a responder sheet. A conference may be
held anytime after the rough draft is completed. I suggest waiting until a first
revision is done to "clean" the piece.
- As the piece is read, responders take notes on their copy.
- The responders are to discuss the piece after it is read aloud using phrases as: "I
noticed..., I wonder..., and What if...".
- Meanwhile the author takes notes on what they say.
- After the discussion, responders list 3 comments they either provided or heard that
would best help the author.
- Collect all sheets and staple to the bottom of this form.
