your choices to one place or event. Then assign individuals a category and write an
informative draft for each.
-minimum 150 words each
-one revision, rephrasing 35 words
-one clean revision copy
(Timeline: 3 class dates plus a weekend)

What can we learn about Art, Music, Drama, Ethnicity, or History?
Education
What background information can you teach the class as
preparation for the trip?
-Before going to the DIA, teach the class about Impressionist painting.
Economic cost for each student
Based on: entrance fees, meals, paying for chaperones,
transportation by school bus versus another mode
-Include a pie chart breaking down what each student will pay.
It will be necessary to contact the place or event by phone and/or email to
receive pamphlets and schedules to be passed out during the team's presentation.
